The 3rd Street Villa is a beautifully renovated and nicely decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath half-duplex on a canal outside your door! You will love the upscale tropical colors and decor throughout and open concept living and kitchen area. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. The living area has a huge flat screen TV with beautiful French doors that open to a view of the backyard and canal. CABANA CLUB MEMBERSHIP! Cabana Club membership is included and is just two blocks down the bike path from the property!
The master bedroom features a King bed, large tub and shower in the en suite master bath, and a spacious closet. The guest bedroom offers a two queen beds. The spacious living area includes a sleeper sofa. There is a flat screen TV in each bedroom as well. WIFI is included.
Central air, washer/dryer.
The canal side living room opens to a shady, covered patio with an outdoor dining set and gas grill. There is ample room for canal dockside seating in the back yard. 2 Week Minimum!
The Cabana Club is a Pool and Beach Club on the Ocean and is within walking distance or short bike ride from the property. Access to the Cabana Club is included in this rental.
