Osprey Point at Gulfpointe II is a wonderful vacation property that boasts 180-degree views of the Gulf of Mexico and Vaca Cut, an inlet that joins the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean as well as a view down the boat/fishing dock. The activities in the area are countless, from relaxing on the beach, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, boating, off-shore fishing or fishing from the dock, swimming in the pool or swimming with the dolphin at the Dolphin Research Center or Theater of the Sea and on and on. On site we have a large L-shaped heated swimming pool that was resurfaced in 2017. We have a fishing dock and boat slips and beautiful, lush landscaping. We have a storage unit in the parking area that holds a couple of folding chairs, beach chairs, floats and a cooler for your enjoyment. Fishing rods and pool towels are located within the unit.

The condo unit is a 1,400 square-foot townhouse that offers 59 lineal feet of parking at ground-level. The main living, dining, kitchen and a half-bath are located on the second level. The main living area as well as the master bedroom has a wrap-around balcony with views of Vaca Cut, the Gulf of Mexico, and the dock/fishing pier. The third level has the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bath and an over-sized guest bedroom that has two queen-size beds and an adjacent full bath. The guest bedroom has a window with a view of the Gulf and the boat dock. The layout of the unit is very open and functional and utilizes every bit of space.

The unit has been renovated with a newly remodeled kitchen (new cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and new counter-top appliances, i.e., coffee pot, toaster, blender, etc. The dishes, pots and pans are mostly new as is flatware and other cooking utensils). The upstairs has new carpeting and the downstairs and bathrooms have new wood-look flooring. All mattresses are new (2018) as are most of the furnishings. New TVs have been installed in the living area (55-inch), master bedroom, and one in the guest bedroom. The ceilings have been retextured and new crown molding and large baseboards have been installed throughout the unit.

With the spectacular views, the nice ocean breezes, the excellent docking, fishing, pool area and lush landscaping, this is one of the best values in the Keys. Its location in the Middle Keys affords quick access to visit the other Keys.
